Wedding 1 - Dr. Intherjit Kaur Sandhu

Kak Naz attended Dr. Intherjit Kaur Sandhu's wedding dinner at her home in Taman Chi Liung on Aidil Adha eve.. Kak Naz did'nt meet the groom as they are not 'married yet'. Their auspicious occasion of Anand Karaj (marriage ceremony) only took place 2 days after the dinner..
Rani's family used to be Kak Naz's neighbour (their kitchen is facing our kitchen) before they moved to another house, more than 20 years ago. Our families were close back then and our relation never ended as Bibi (Rani's mom) still come to visit her house here which she rented out and we always catch up with the everyone's up-date.
Rani and her younger sister Tarjit was abt 3 and 2 yrs old respectively when we moved to our house. The last time I met Rani was about 7-9 years ago when I visited Bibi in HTAR. That was the time Rani told Kak Naz she wanted to be a doctor so that she can take a good care of her mum. Yes indeed, she is a doctor now and also doing her housemanship in HTAR. So, what do we call that..? Determination? Kak Long solute you Rani.

Vino and Siva's wedding dinner was held on 29th. Kak Naz is really happy for both of them. Vino was my colleague.
Best thing was, both the bride & groom had put up a dance performance on the stage.. Cayalah!!! Those who could't make it to their dinner, you are missing something. Wait! We can always ask them to upload the video on facebook.. Remind me, ok?
